Geological and technical risk

Grades, tonnages, recoveries and production estimates are estimates only. Assay results may vary between samples, laboratories and shipments, and resource or reserve statements may not be realised.

Operational and delivery risk

Production may be interrupted, delayed or suspended. Logistics, port access, customs and export authorisations may fail or change, and shipments may be damaged, delayed, rejected or lost.

Counterparty and credit risk

A counterparty may fail to deliver, fail to pay or fail to perform. Verification reduces but does not eliminate this risk.

Political, legal and regulatory risk

Licences, permits, royalties, export rules, taxation and ownership requirements may change. Sanctions, restrictions and dual-use controls may apply and may change without notice.
