Retainers Credited Against Approved Success Fees
“Where expressly stated in a signed mandate agreement, eligible engagement, mobilization or transaction retainers may be credited 100% against the applicable success fee if a qualifying transaction closes. The agreement will define the transaction, credit, exclusions, expenses, duration and payment conditions.”
No success fee is automatically calculated, invoiced or collected.
