What a membership fee pays for
Membership fees pay for platform access and the specified services only. Payment does not guarantee verification, approval, financing, investment, a buyer, a transaction, mineral quality, delivery, price or investment return.
Cancellation
A member may request cancellation of a membership at any time in writing. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Use.
Automatic renewals are disabled. No renewal will be charged unless renewal wording, advance reminders and cancellation procedures have been approved and the member has separately agreed to them.
Refunds
Where a membership application is declined after payment, the membership fee for the unused period is refunded to the original payment method.
Professional-service fees are refundable only to the extent that the service has not yet been performed, as set out in the relevant service agreement.
Refunds and credits are issued only by authorised finance personnel, are recorded in the immutable audit log, and are returned to the original payment method.
Third-party charges
External screening, laboratory, legal, technical, escrow, banking, logistics and verification-provider charges are separate, are disclosed before authorisation, and are generally non-refundable once the external provider has performed the work.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly with the approved external payment provider. MIG does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes or banking credentials.
